Camellia 'Lady Campbell' is a vigorous, compact evergreen shrub, producing masses of rich crimson-red double blooms. Flowering from late winter into spring, the large, showy flowers contrast beautifully with its glossy dark green foliage, providing a welcome splash of colour when little else is in bloom. Reliable and hardy, it thrives best in acidic, moist but well-drained soil and benefits from a relatively sheltered position to protect the buds from frost and wind. Ideal for borders, woodland gardens, or containers.
