Calluna vulgaris 'Beauty Ladies Yellow'
Calluna 'Beauty Ladies Yellow' is a compact evergreen shrub with a neat, clump-forming habit and dense stems of fresh green foliage. Its naturally tidy growth makes it particularly well suited to containers, smaller gardens and seasonal displays.
From late summer, the plant produces masses of tiny yellow-toned flowers, creating a bright display that continues into autumn. The flowers are attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, providing a useful source of late-season interest.
Easy to grow and requiring little maintenance, this variety performs best in acidic, well-drained soil in a sunny or lightly shaded position. It combines particularly well with other heathers, grasses and autumn-flowering plants.
