Begonia maculata 'Black Forest'
Begonia maculata 'Black Forest' is a striking foliage houseplant with elongated, deep green to almost black leaves scattered with contrasting silver spots. The rich colouring is enhanced by warm reddish tones to the leaf undersides, giving the plant plenty of character from every angle.
Its upright, cane-forming habit makes 'Black Forest' an eye-catching choice for shelves, plant stands and bright rooms. Position in bright, indirect light to help maintain strong colour and compact growth, while protecting the leaves from harsh direct sun.
