Anemone 'Emmy Pink Blush'
Anemone hupehensis 'Emmy Pink Blush' is a compact, hardy perennial producing an abundance of elegant pink flowers with contrasting golden-yellow centres. The single, cup-shaped blooms are carried above attractive dark green foliage, bringing fresh colour to the garden from late summer into autumn.
Its neat, upright habit makes 'Emmy Pink Blush' particularly well suited to the front or middle of borders, cottage-style planting and larger patio containers. The flowers are also attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, providing a useful source of late-season nectar and pollen.
Easy to grow in sun or partial shade, this Japanese Anemone performs best in moist but well-drained soil. Avoid excessively wet conditions during winter and cut back the old flowering stems once the display has finished.
