Agave potatorum 'Ouhi-Raijin Variegata'
Agave ‘Ouhi-Raijin Variegata’ is a rare and highly decorative variegated agave forming compact, symmetrical rosettes of thick, sculptural leaves edged with contrasting cream to pale yellow variegation. The powdery blue-green base colour and sharply defined margins give the plant a bold, architectural presence, making it a prized collector’s specimen.
Slow growing and strikingly geometric, this agave is perfect for bright indoor spaces such as sunny windowsills, conservatories, or minimalist plant displays. Its sculptural form adds strong visual structure while remaining low maintenance when provided with plenty of light and excellent drainage.

Agave Care Sheet
Light: Place in a bright position with plenty of direct sunlight. A south or west-facing windowsill is ideal.
Water: Allow the compost to dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly during winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining cactus and succulent compost. Feed once a month during spring and summer with a cactus fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers low humidity and thrives in normal household conditions.
Pruning and propagation: Remove dead lower leaves as they age. Mature plants may produce offsets which can be removed and rooted.
