Agave lophantha Quadricolor
Agave 'Quadricolor' is a striking architectural succulent admired for its symmetrical rosette of sword-shaped leaves marked in four distinct colours — deep green, pale green, yellow, and red margins that intensify in bright light. Its compact, structured form brings bold texture and contrast to both indoor and outdoor displays.
This variety thrives in full sun and well-drained soil, making it a perfect statement piece for sunny windowsills, conservatories, or patio containers in summer. Hardy and low-maintenance, it offers year-round interest and requires very little care once established.

Agave Care Sheet
Light: Requires full sun or very bright light indoors to maintain its strong colour contrast.
Water: Water sparingly, allowing soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water even less in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a sandy, free-draining cactus mix. Feed once a month in summer with cactus fertiliser.
Humidity: Prefers dry air and excellent ventilation. Avoid humid or poorly drained environments.
Pruning & Propagation: Remove offsets (pups) to propagate. Wear gloves when handling sharp leaves.
