Aeonium ‘Velours’ is a striking succulent with glossy, rosette-forming leaves in rich burgundy to deep purple tones, often flushed with green at the centre. The smooth, spoon-shaped foliage forms neat, symmetrical rosettes on branching stems, creating a bold architectural display.
Perfect for bright indoor spaces or sunny windowsills, it works beautifully as a feature plant or within succulent arrangements. In strong light, the colouring intensifies, adding depth and contrast to modern plant displays.

Aeonium Care Sheet
Light: Prefers full sun or bright light. Colour is deepest in strong light; partial shade may produce more green tones.
Water: Water when the soil is dry. Reduce watering in dormancy (summer). Allow excess water to drain completely.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a gritty, free-draining succulent or cactus mix. Feed once a month in spring and autumn with diluted fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in dry air. Avoid high humidity and never mist.
Pruning & Propagation: Remove leggy growth or faded rosettes to maintain shape. Propagates easily from cuttings taken in spring.
