Aster dumosus 'Blue Lapis' / Symphyotrichum dumosus 'Blue Lapis'
Aster dumosus 'Blue Lapis' - A compact, free-flowering aster with masses of rich blue daisy-like blooms. ‘Blue Lapis’ is a low-growing Michaelmas daisy that bursts into flower in late summer, attracting bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Its neat mound of foliage is smothered in vibrant blooms, making it ideal for borders, pots or the front of a mixed perennial scheme. Foliage dies back neatly in autumn, returning reliably each year.
