Tillandsia Care Sheet
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light or gentle filtered sunlight. Avoid prolonged direct sun, which can dehydrate the leaves.
Water: Mist thoroughly 3–4 times a week or soak briefly in room-temperature water once a week. Ensure it dries fully before rehanging to prevent rot.
Soil/Nutrition: No soil needed. Feed monthly with a diluted bromeliad or air plant fertiliser added to your misting water.
Humidity: Enjoys moderate to high humidity and excellent airflow. Perfect for humid rooms like bathrooms or kitchens.
Pruning and propagation: Trim to maintain desired length or remove older sections. Propagate easily by separating strands and reattaching to new displays.
