About Shell on Earth
Shell on Earth is a small family business based in New Quay, Wales - a picture postcard fishing village in the heart of Cardigan Bay. They started Shell on Earth with the desire to repurpose the crushed whelk shells generated at their factory, which has been processing and exporting seafood for over 40 years.

Super Crush
Recycled crushed, washed and dried whelk shells. This bag contains a finer crush of shells than our other bags, ideal for top dressing miniature plants and pots.
We've taken our time to crush and riddle these shells resulting in smaller pieces which will sit more neatly and uniformly as a top dressing - great for succulents.
The artwork on the front of the bag is by watercolour artist Tanya Glama. Tanya is based in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. We asked Tanya to share a bit about herself - "I really love travel, and in every new city I visit botanical gardens. It inspires me. On one these trips I discovered succulents. I fell so in love with succulents that I started to collect them, and then I began to paint them. The illustration on the Super Crush bag shows a succulent that I painted from my own collection.
The Super Crush bag has the same dimensions as our Mini bag.
* This is a natural product from the sea and we do our best to remove any foreign material.
*All of our packing is recyclable. The white filler is made from vegetable starch and is compostable.
