Viola odorata 'Konigin Charlotte'
Viola odorata 'Konigin Charlotte' is a beautifully fragrant, early-flowering perennial violet, producing rich violet-purple blooms from late winter into spring. The sweet perfume makes it one of the most treasured spring flowers, perfect for planting near paths, doorways or seating areas where its scent can be fully appreciated.
Low-growing and spreading gently to form a leafy carpet, it is ideal for woodland gardens, shaded borders and naturalising beneath shrubs. Its heart-shaped foliage provides attractive ground cover long after flowering has finished.
