Sedum 'Carl'
Sedum 'Carl' is a compact, clump-forming perennial valued for its vibrant magenta-pink flower heads that appear in abundance from late summer into autumn. Held on attractive reddish stems above fleshy green foliage, it provides long-lasting colour when many other perennials are beginning to fade.
This reliable and easy-to-grow variety is particularly noted for its richer flower colour compared to many other stonecrops. The nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to bees and butterflies, while the succulent foliage offers excellent drought tolerance and year-round interest.
Ideal for sunny borders, gravel gardens and wildlife-friendly planting schemes, 'Carl' thrives in well-drained soil and requires very little maintenance once established.
