Sambucus nigra 'Black Lace'
Sambucus 'Black Lace' is a beautiful dark, deciduous shrub, prized for its dramatic, finely cut, purple-black foliage that brings depth and drama to the garden year-round. In early summer, it produces flat clusters of delicate, stunning pink flowers, followed by deep purple-black berries that attract birds and wildlife. These berries in autumn can be made into wine, jellies and jam. Ideal for mixed borders, patio containers, or as a striking specimen plant and is very hardy and easy to grow.
