Raspberry Lowberry® 'Little Sweet Sister®' is a compact autumn-fruiting raspberry, bred to combine early harvests with manageable growth. Its neat habit reaches less than 100cm in height, making it perfect for container growing, patios, or small gardens where space is limited. Despite its compact size, it produces generous crops of dark red berries with a sweet, fruity flavour.
This primocane variety begins fruiting as early as mid-July and continues for many weeks thanks to staggered cane development, offering one of the longest and earliest cropping windows of any compact raspberry. The berries are medium to large, broad-conical in shape, and evenly formed, with an attractive dark red colour. Their flavour is intensely sweet with a pleasant hint of acidity, making them delicious eaten fresh and equally suitable for freezing, jams, or desserts. Easy to grow and low maintenance, it is a superb choice for home gardeners seeking reliable fruit in a small space.
