Rhubarb Everbarber® 'Cropstar®' is an exceptionally productive, repeat-cropping rhubarb variety bred for outstanding yields and vigorous growth. Producing long cherry-red stems with subtle green tones and lightly pink flesh, it offers a pleasantly balanced flavour with fresh fruity notes and gentle acidity.
Unlike traditional rhubarb varieties, 'Cropstar®' continues producing fresh stems throughout summer, allowing for extended harvesting from spring into early autumn. Strong growing and highly resilient, it quickly regenerates after harvesting and is ideal for allotments, kitchen gardens, and productive home growing.
