Phlox subulata 'Fort Hill' is a prostrate, mat-forming moss phlox with fine green foliage and masses of rose-pink star-shaped flowers in spring and early summer.
It is excellent for rock gardens, wall tops, sunny banks and the front of borders, creating a colourful carpet that spills neatly over edges in well-drained soil.
