Philodendron gloriosum 'Tricolor'
Philodendron gloriosum 'Tricolor' is a rare collector's houseplant prized for its large, velvety leaves and striking three-tone variegation. Each heart-shaped leaf develops its own pattern of contrasting green and lighter variegated areas, enhanced by the prominent pale veins characteristic of Philodendron gloriosum.
Unlike climbing Philodendrons, 'Tricolor' has a creeping growth habit, with its rhizome travelling horizontally across the surface of the compost. A wide planter gives it room to develop naturally. Position in bright, indirect light, with some gentle morning or evening sun beneficial, but protect the foliage from strong midday sunlight.

- Feature: Large velvety leaves with distinctive three-tone variegation and prominent pale veins
- Eventual height: Can grow to approximately 60cm, with a spreading creeping habit
