Papaver 'Prince of Orange' is a spectacular Oriental poppy, producing huge, vibrant tangerine-orange blooms with a crepe-like texture and satiny finish. Each flower features a striking central black seed capsule surrounded by deep purple stamens, creating a bold and dramatic display.
Flowering from late spring to early summer, this eye-catching perennial brings strong seasonal impact to sunny borders and cottage garden planting. After flowering, the plant naturally dies back, so it is best combined with later-emerging perennials to maintain interest in the border.
