Leucanthemum x superbum 'Coconut'
Leucanthemum x superbum 'Coconut' is a compact perennial producing masses of fluffy, fully double white daisy flowers above fresh green foliage. The beautifully layered blooms create a soft, textural appearance and are carried on sturdy upright stems from June through to August.
Its neat, mounding habit and generous flowering performance make 'Coconut' an excellent choice for adding long-lasting summer colour to borders and mixed perennial planting. The flowers are attractive to pollinating insects and also make an excellent choice for cutting and displaying indoors.
Best grown in full sun in average, well-drained soil, this vigorous Shasta Daisy establishes quickly and produces multiple flowers from a well-developed crown. Its compact growth also makes it particularly suitable for patio containers and planting towards the front of sunny borders.
