Lagerstroemia 'Enduring Summer Red' is a compact, upright deciduous shrub producing vibrant red flowers over an exceptionally long season. Flowering begins early and continues well through summer, creating a bold display of colour against the attractive green foliage.
Part of the Enduring Summer series, this Crape Myrtle has been selected for its neat, dense habit and reliable repeat flowering. Its manageable size makes it an excellent focal point for sunny borders, patio planting and large containers.
Best grown in full sun in well-drained soil, 'Enduring Summer Red' performs best in a warm, sheltered position. Once established it is relatively easy to maintain and also offers good resistance to browsing by deer.
