Haworthia 'Universe'
Haworthia 'Universe' is a compact succulent with pointed, fleshy green leaves arranged in a neat rosette. White speckles and raised markings contrast with the darker foliage, giving the plant a distinctive textured appearance.
Ideal for bright windowsills, desks and small succulent collections, this easy-care plant brings year-round interest to indoor displays. Its modest watering requirements make it a practical choice for beginners. Provide bright, indirect light and free-draining compost, allowing the compost to dry between waterings.

Haworthia Care
Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Gentle morning sunshine is suitable once acclimatised, but protect from intense midday sun through glass.
Water: Allow the compost to dry between waterings, then water thoroughly and let excess drain away. Avoid water collecting in the rosette and never leave the pot standing in water.
Humidity: Normal household humidity is suitable. Misting is unnecessary; provide good air circulation.
Temperature: Normal indoor temperatures are suitable. Keep above 10°C and protect from frost and cold draughts.
Feeding: Apply a dilute, low-nitrogen cactus and succulent fertiliser once or twice during active growth, following the manufacturer's instructions. Do not feed during winter rest.
Repotting: Use free-draining, peat-free cactus and succulent compost in a pot with drainage holes. Repot when the plant has outgrown its container, choosing a pot only slightly larger.
Winter care: Keep in a bright, cooler position and reduce watering considerably, giving just enough to prevent excessive leaf shrivelling.
