Geranium x cantabrigiense 'St Ola' is a low-growing, mat-forming hardy geranium valued for its neat habit, aromatic foliage and delicate flowers. In late spring and early summer, it produces masses of small white blooms that gradually take on a soft pink tinge as they age, creating a gentle, shifting display.
This reliable perennial spreads to form a dense carpet, making it ideal for groundcover in borders, beneath shrubs or along pathways. The lightly scented green foliage provides excellent weed suppression and often develops warm red and bronze tones in autumn, extending interest well beyond the flowering period. Exceptionally easy to grow, it thrives in sun or partial shade and tolerates a wide range of soils.
