Geranium macrorrhizum 'Czakor' is a tough, reliable hardy geranium valued for its vivid magenta-pink flowers and strongly aromatic foliage. Blooming from late spring into early summer, the flowers are held above attractive, rounded green leaves, creating a bright and cheerful display.
This robust perennial spreads steadily to form excellent groundcover, making it ideal for borders, under shrubs, slopes and difficult areas where weeds need suppressing. The scented foliage releases a pleasant aroma when brushed and often takes on rich red and bronze tones in autumn, extending its seasonal interest. Exceptionally drought tolerant once established and happy in sun or partial shade.
