Gaura lindheimeri 'Rosy Jane' is a charming, long-flowering perennial producing masses of elegant bi-coloured blooms in soft white edged with rosy pink. The flowers emerge from rich pink buds and are carried on slender, airy stems above attractive purple-flushed green foliage, creating movement and colour throughout the garden.
Flowering continuously from May to October, this free-flowering variety is highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinators. Its delicate, butterfly-like blooms dance in the breeze, making it an excellent choice for informal borders, prairie-style planting and wildlife gardens.
Easy to grow and low maintenance, 'Rosy Jane' thrives in a sunny, sheltered position with well-drained soil and is drought tolerant once established. It also makes an excellent cut flower, bringing its graceful beauty indoors as well as into the garden.
