Echinacea 'Carrot Cake' is a compact, vigorous coneflower with warm, sunset hued blooms and a tidy habit. Bearing masses of fully double deep orange flowers with golden undertones and a rich, central cone, above a dense mound of foliage. Blooming from midsummer into autumn, it's ideal for containers, sunny borders and pollinator friendly planting and is loved by butterflies and bees. Coneflowers have won the hearts and minds of many gardeners and are increasingly in vogue as garden perennials and cut flowers.
