Echinacea 'Carrot Cake'
Echinacea 'Carrot Cake' is a compact, vigorous coneflower producing masses of fully double flowers in rich deep orange with warm golden undertones. The densely packed blooms rise above a neat mound of green foliage, creating a bold, sunset-inspired display.
Flowering from July to October, 'Carrot Cake' provides a long season of vibrant colour in the garden. Its eye-catching blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects and also make excellent cut flowers.
Ideal for sunny borders, patio containers and smaller gardens, this easy-to-grow perennial thrives in fertile, well-drained soil. Once established, it is drought tolerant and its compact, upright habit makes it especially useful for pollinator-friendly planting schemes.
