Crassula cornuta
Crassula cornuta is a fascinating miniature succulent with tightly packed, fleshy leaves arranged in distinctive four-sided columns. Its angular, silvery-grey to almost white foliage has a powdery, textured surface, creating an unusual geometric appearance that resembles tiny sculptural towers.
Slow growing and naturally compact, Crassula cornuta is ideal for sunny windowsills, small decorative pots and succulent collections. Over time, it can form attractive clusters of upright stems and may produce delicate, lightly scented cream to pale pink flowers. Its drought-tolerant nature and unusual colouring make it an appealing choice for succulent enthusiasts.

Crassula Care Sheet
Light: Prefers bright light with several hours of direct sun. A sunny windowsill or conservatory keeps growth compact.
Water: Allow soil to dry out completely between waterings. Water sparingly; much less in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a gritty, very free-draining cactus/succulent mix. Feed lightly once or twice in spring–summer with diluted fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in dry air – do not mist.
Pruning & Propagation: Remove lower dried leaves to tidy. Propagates easily from leaf or stem cuttings once calloused; occasional offsets can be divided.
Experience level: Beginner-friendly
