Cherry 'Stella'
Cherry 'Stella' is a popular self-fertile sweet cherry, producing heavy crops of large, dark red fruits with a rich, sweet flavour. Ripening in late July, the cherries are delicious eaten fresh from the tree and make this a reliable choice for home gardens where space for multiple pollinating varieties may be limited.
Grown on Colt rootstock and fan trained, this tree is ideal for training against a sunny wall or fence, making excellent use of vertical space while creating an attractive, productive garden feature. Pretty white blossom appears in spring before the developing fruit, adding valuable early seasonal interest.
