Catalpa bignonioides 'Aurea'
Catalpa 'Aurea' is a striking deciduous tree prized for its large, heart-shaped golden-yellow leaves that emerge in spring and retain their colour through summer, creating a bold focal point. In mid- to late summer, mature trees may produce showy panicles of white, trumpet-shaped flowers, often flecked with purple and yellow, followed by long, bean-like pods that hang decoratively through autumn.
