Campsis x tagliabuana 'Madame Galen' is a vigorous deciduous climber prized for its large, trumpet-shaped salmon-orange flowers. The exotic-looking blooms are produced from mid to late summer and stand out beautifully against the rich green, pinnate foliage.
The nectar-rich flowers are highly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, bringing both colour and wildlife value to the garden. Once established, 'Madame Galen' develops into an impressive climber capable of covering substantial vertical spaces.
Ideal for sunny walls, fences, pergolas and arches, this fast-growing climber uses aerial roots to help attach itself to suitable supports. It performs best in a warm, sheltered position with fertile, well-drained soil and plenty of sunshine to encourage flowering.
