Camellia japonica 'Happy Birthday' is a charming evergreen shrub that produces masses of elegant blooms from February to April, just in time to brighten late winter gardens. The flowers are semi-double to formal double in form, opening in soft pink with delicate ruffled petals, set against a backdrop of glossy, deep green foliage. Its compact, upright habit makes it an excellent choice for smaller gardens or containers.
