Aster novi-belgii 'Lady in Blue'
Aster novi-belgii 'Lady in Blue' is a compact clump-forming perennial producing masses of semi-double lavender-blue daisy flowers with bright golden-yellow centres from late summer into autumn. The soft pastel colouring brings valuable late-season interest to borders and containers while contrasting beautifully against the fresh green foliage.
This neat and upright Michaelmas Daisy is particularly well suited to smaller gardens, patio containers and the front of sunny borders where its long flowering period provides colour well into autumn. The nectar-rich blooms are highly attractive to bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.
