Anthurium 'Royal Livium'
Anthurium 'Royal Livium' is a flowering houseplant with glossy green foliage and distinctive rose-red spathes traced with fine white veins. These colourful, flower-like bracts have an attractive pinstriped appearance and surround a central flower spike, creating a striking display that lasts for several weeks.

Anthurium Care
Light: Provide bright, indirect light. Avoid strong direct sunshine, which can scorch the leaves, and deep shade, which reduces flowering.
Water: Allow the upper compost to dry before watering thoroughly. Drain fully and never leave the pot standing in water. Use room-temperature rainwater where possible.
Humidity: Prefers humid air. A bright bathroom or a humidifier can help, particularly in centrally heated homes. Keep away from drying heat.
Temperature: Keep warm, ideally around 18–25°C, avoiding cold draughts and sudden temperature changes.
Feeding: Apply an orchid fertiliser fortnightly from spring to autumn, following the product instructions.
Repotting: Repot when necessary into a slightly larger pot with drainage holes. Use an airy, acidic mix containing peat-free ericaceous compost, orchid bark and horticultural grit.
Maintenance: Remove faded flower stems and damaged leaves at the base. Wear gloves when handling, as the sap can irritate skin.
Winter care: Reduce watering as growth slows while maintaining warmth and bright, indirect light.
