Amydrium medium 'Silver'
Amydrium medium 'Silver' is a striking and unusual aroid with elongated, arrow-shaped leaves in shimmering silvery-green. As it matures, the foliage may develop deep splits, giving it a dramatic, tropical appearance. Ideal for climbing up a moss pole in bright indoor spaces.

- Useful to know: Not safe for pets - toxic if ingested
- Eventual height: Climbs up to 1.5 - 2m with support
- Origins: Southeast Asia, including Thailand and Indonesia
Amydrium Care Sheet
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light. Can tolerate some gentle morning sun. Too much direct light may scorch the foliage.
Water: Water when the top few centimetres of soil feel dry. Do not allow the plant to sit in soggy soil.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a chunky, well-draining mix such as aroid compost with bark and perlite. Feed monthly in spring and summer with a balanced fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in moderate to high humidity. Mist regularly or place near a humidifier to support healthy growth.
Pruning & Propagation: Prune to control size or shape. Propagates easily from stem cuttings with a node in water or moist substrate.
