We have been delighted to receive emails, messages and cards from so many of our customers thanking us for the services we have been offering since closing. The small team that we are operating with at present are working very hard and messages of support and gratitude from our lovely customers has certainly kept spirits up; we’re only sorry that we have not had time to reply to each one individually!
After closing the Garden Centre, we were unsure as to how our business would operate but with numerous enquiries and orders it soon became apparent that everyone wanted to carry on gardening. We have tried to fulfil as many Webshop orders and email enquiries as possible, as quickly as possible, and we are most grateful for everyone’s understanding and patience as we all adjusted to the new systems.
What next?
As Garden Centres in Wales reopen we are looking to when we may do so ourselves. We will only reopen our doors when Government guidelines permit us to but we also need to ensure that we are ready to. As a largely outdoor retail space we view ourselves as a relatively low risk environment however, we must ensure that all areas of our business are safe for our team and customers before reopening and that social distancing guidelines can be followed.
We look forward to welcoming you back into our Garden Centre when the time is right and will update you all as soon as possible.
