Last month, Jane and Martin Cowell were delegates at the International Garden Centre Association Congress hosted by the Canadian Nursery Landscape Association in Niagara Falls, Ontario.
A jam-packed schedule awaited them, including touring various garden centres and nurseries across the Ontario region. There was, of course, time scheduled for more conventional tourist activities including a Toronto harbour cruise and a boat trip at Niagara Falls.
Jane Cowell was impressed by the seasonal displays at the centres they visited which encouraged customers to bring some autumn colour to their gardens and show that summer isn't the only time you can enjoy your garden! She also enjoyed the focus on front doors and entrances which were sure to provide customers with inspiration for making a strong first impression to their homes.
