This month, we’re celebrating a very special anniversary at Cowell’s - 40 years with our Plant Manager, Dylan Cairns!
Dylan first joined us as a teenager in 1986 through the Youth Training Scheme (YTS), an early version of apprenticeships. That first step into working with plants became a career spanning four decades, and he has been an invaluable part of the Cowell’s team ever since.
Today, Dylan is our go-to expert for all things plants. His knowledge has grown through years of hands-on experience, alongside the passion for horticulture that makes him such a valued member of our team.
Many of our customers will know Dylan from visits to the plant area. Whether you’re choosing something new for your garden or looking for advice, having someone with his experience to turn to makes all the difference.
Forty years is a wonderful milestone. It represents a huge amount of hard work and commitment, and we’re incredibly grateful for everything Dylan has given to Cowell’s over that time.
We couldn’t let this anniversary pass without saying a heartfelt thank you. Dylan, we’re very lucky to have you, and we hope you know how much you’re appreciated by all of us.
