Hebe pinguifolia 'Pagei'
Hebe pinguifolia 'Pagei' - One of the most attractive of all low growing, spreading, ground-covering shrubs. Small white flowers are produced in late spring. Ideal for ground cover or for use on large rockeries. Can be used in the front of mixed or shrub borders. Can also be used to good effect in hanging baskets or containers for patio and terrace use.
