When will my delivery arrive?
Delivery usually takes 7–10 working days and is made Monday to Friday, between 8am and 5pm.
Altico will call you to arrange your delivery.
Please check access before ordering
Your order will arrive on a heavy goods vehicle with a tail lift. Please make sure:
- Access is wide enough for a heavy goods vehicle.
- The delivery point is smooth and level, with no slopes.
Where your order will be left
Delivery is to the nearest suitable kerbside or hard standing area at the front of your property.
- Drivers cannot take your order inside your home or into your back garden.
- Goods cannot be left on a pavement or public road.
The wooden pallet and bulk bag will stay with you so you can unload the contents at your convenience. They are not returnable when empty.
Missed deliveries
Someone must be available to sign for your delivery.
If no one is available at the arranged delivery, your order will return to the depot. A redelivery charge will be payable directly to the carrier.
Cancellations after despatch
Orders cancelled after despatch incur a delivery charge and a return to base charge.
