Veronica peduncularis 'Oxford Blue' is a superb low-growing perennial forming a dense mat of glossy green foliage that becomes smothered in brilliant gentian-blue flowers during spring and early summer. The vivid blooms create a striking carpet of colour and are particularly effective when allowed to spread naturally through borders and rockeries.
This award-winning variety is ideal for ground cover, gravel gardens, walls and the front of sunny borders, where its trailing habit softens edges and fills gaps between larger plants. The flowers are highly attractive to bees and other pollinating insects, bringing valuable wildlife interest to the garden.
