Stipa ichu
Stipa ichu is a deciduous perennial grass, bearing dense, upright clumps of bright green stems forming a strongly horizontal shape. In summer, masses of elegant pale silver, silky, feather-like seed-heads are held above the foliage, that arch gracefully and dance in the breeze, floating like clouds. Foliage darkens to brown in autumn and winter months, and the seed-heads also transition to a pure white colour. As its nickname suggests, this grass is Native to South America,
