Schizostylis coccinea 'Pink Princess'
Schizostylis coccinea 'Pink Princess' is a graceful, clump-forming perennial with slender green foliage and elegant star-like flowers that open white with a soft pink tint. Flowering from late summer into autumn, it brings valuable colour at a time when many other perennials are beginning to fade.
Also known as Hesperantha, this easy-to-grow variety thrives in moist soil and is especially effective in borders, raised beds, large containers and around pond edges. Its upright habit adds height and movement to planting schemes, while the delicate blooms are also useful for cutting. It has received the RHS Award of Garden Merit.
