Salix gracilistyla 'Mount Aso'
Salix 'Mount Aso' is a highly decorative pussy willow grown for its striking late winter to early spring display of soft, rose-pink catkins. These fuzzy catkins appear on bare stems before the foliage emerges, providing valuable colour and texture when the garden is otherwise quiet. As spring progresses, blue-green leaves with a silvery underside develop, adding further interest into summer.
