Salad Burnet
Salad Burnet is a hardy perennial herb grown for its attractive fern-like foliage and refreshing cucumber-flavoured leaves. The finely divided green foliage forms neat clumps that provide ornamental interest as well as culinary value.
Ideal for herb gardens, kitchen gardens, containers, or edging paths, the young leaves can be harvested fresh for salads, sandwiches, and drinks. During summer, small rounded crimson flower heads rise above the foliage, attracting pollinators and adding additional texture to planting schemes.
