Philodendron ‘Green Congo Variegata’ is a bold and highly decorative houseplant with large, glossy leaves splashed and marbled in shades of deep green, cream and soft lime. The broad, upright foliage creates a strong architectural look, while the irregular variegation ensures each leaf is completely unique.
Perfect for bright indoor spaces with indirect light, it makes an excellent statement plant on floors or large plant stands. Its compact, self-heading habit means it grows upright rather than climbing, making it easy to style in modern interiors.

Philodendron Care Sheet
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but tolerates moderate light levels well. Avoid strong direct sun, which can scorch leaves.
Water: Water when the top few centimetres of compost feel dry. Keep evenly moist but never waterlogged. Reduce watering in winter.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining aroid or houseplant compost. Feed monthly in spring and summer.
Humidity: Enjoys average to slightly increased humidity but adapts well to normal household conditions.
Pruning and propagation: Remove older leaves at the base to maintain shape. Can be propagated by division or stem cuttings if offsets develop.
