Lonicera periclymenum 'Belgica'
Lonicera periclymenum 'Belgica' is a vigorous deciduous honeysuckle prized for its richly scented tubular flowers that open purple-red and fade to creamy yellow. Flowering from late spring into early summer, the blooms appear in clusters and release a sweet fragrance that fills the garden.
This classic twining climber is perfect for covering pergolas, trellises, fences and arches, where it quickly creates height and structure. The glossy green foliage provides a lush backdrop for the colourful flowers, while the nectar-rich blooms attract bees and butterflies and offer useful habitat for garden wildlife.
