Lithops aucampiae
Lithops aucampiae is a fascinating “living stone” succulent with paired, fleshy leaves that mimic pebbles in shades of brown, grey, or reddish tones. The tops are patterned with mottled markings, helping the plant camouflage in its natural habitat. In autumn, it produces daisy-like yellow flowers that are large compared to its body.

Lithops Care Sheet
Light: Requires bright light with some direct sun for compact growth and vibrant colour.
Water: Very drought-tolerant. Water sparingly in the growing season and keep dry during dormancy and leaf replacement (winter to early spring).
Soil/Nutrition: Use a gritty, fast-draining cactus mix with added sand or gravel. Feeding is rarely needed.
Humidity: Prefers dry air; avoid high humidity.
Pruning & Propagation: No pruning needed. Propagation is from seed or division of clumps when mature.
Experience level: Intermediate – requires careful watering
