Juniperus communis 'Compressa' is a tightly columnar conifer with dense grey-green foliage and a slow-growing habit. This dwarf juniper maintains a narrow, upright form, making it ideal for rockeries, troughs, alpine schemes or formal borders. The foliage has a fine, prickly texture and may take on bronze tints in winter. Very distinctive, exceptionally hardy and low maintenance - well suited to a rockery or planted in a tub.
