Helleborus foetidus 'Wester Flisk'
Helleborus foetidus 'Wester Flisk' is an outstanding form of the stinking hellebore, known for its finely cut evergreen foliage flushed with rich red tones and its long-lasting flowers. From January to April, it produces nodding clusters of lime-green, bell-shaped blooms edged with purple-red, creating a striking contrast against the dark, textured leaves.
This hardy perennial thrives in partial to full shade and well-drained soil, making it especially valuable for woodland gardens, shaded borders, and naturalistic planting. Reliable and low maintenance, it is also highly attractive to early pollinators. Holder of the RHS Award of Garden Merit, ‘Wester Flisk’ is recognised for its excellent garden performance and distinctive ornamental foliage.
