Guzmania 'White Line'
A striking bromeliad with elegant white-tipped bracts and deep green foliage. Slow-growing and ideal for bright indoor spaces.

- Useful to know: Requires high humidity and should be watered into its central rosette rather than the soil

Guzmania Care Sheet
Light: Prefers bright, indirect light but can tolerate some shade. Keep above 15°C and away from cold draughts.
Water: Keep the central cup (rosette) topped up with fresh water, changing it regularly. Water the compost sparingly to avoid rot.
Soil/Nutrition: Use a free-draining, airy bromeliad compost. Feed monthly in spring and summer with a diluted liquid fertiliser.
Humidity: Thrives in high humidity; mist regularly or place near a humidifier.
Pruning and propagation: Remove faded bracts and leaves to keep the plant tidy. Propagate by separating offsets (pups) that develop around the base.
