Ginkgo biloba 12L

Ginkgo biloba

Ginkgo biloba is a distinctive deciduous tree with an upright habit when young, gradually developing a broader crown with age. Its unusual fan-shaped green leaves give the tree a striking architectural appearance throughout the growing season.

In autumn, the foliage turns a beautiful clear butter-yellow before falling, creating an impressive seasonal display. The leaves are unlike those of almost any other tree, making Ginkgo a particularly interesting specimen for larger gardens and landscaped settings.

Best grown in a sunny position, Ginkgo biloba is a tough and reliable tree that adapts well to a range of soil conditions. Its strong structure, attractive foliage and excellent autumn colour make it a valuable long-term feature tree.
